Change your diet in some way to eat healthier and cheaper foods. Its true that canned or frozen foods are more convenient for all, but the truth of the matter is that these products even when labeled fresh just arent. To change to a fresh food diet to help you lose fat however, dont just go to the store and buy a ton of stuff, so it gradually as your in home supplies run down, as that will work out more economical for you and work towards your goal.

Exercise is a great and possibly the only 100% guaranteed way to lose fat. Simply changing your routines a bit can work this into your daily life. If the local store is only 3 blocks away then just walk to it, dont take the bus or drive and youll soon see what an effect this has in your quest in how to lose fat. Even something as simple as parking your car a bit further away from your door than normal will introduce exercise into your daily routine.

Constantly change your ways, so if for instance you work on the phone all day, try standing up and walking around in your cubicle or office as a way to introduce exercise into your day, as this can have a better effect than going to the gym for some people, and its way cheaper too.
